Former Oyo CXO Kavikrut appointed as CEO of T-Hub
The new director of the incubator's startup program is a former entrepreneur in the startup world and has 17 years of experience as a leader in various companies.
Former Oyo CXO Kavikrut appointed as CEO of T-Hub

T-Hub, city-based startups incubator that was established in the Telangana government has announced the appointment of Kavikrut as the company's (CEO) beginning March 10 2025. Under his direction, T-Hub aims to grow the startup ecosystem through empowering entrepreneurs and their ventures to grow, become profitable and increase their impact. This will be done with a goal of advancing Hyderabad's status as a hub for startups.
Kavikrut, who was appointed to the post, Oyo CXO Kavikrut said: "Telangana's dedication to startups has been incredibly inspiring to me and I am honored to be able to expand on the innovative work that T-Hub has been putting into place for the last decade. I am thrilled about the possibilities of Hyderabad which is where I grew up in and is growing to become a center for entrepreneurs who create products and services that originate from India for the entire world."
Kavikrut was the most recent Chief Executive Officer of Oyo which he was a part of. He played an integral role in expanding the reach of the company across more than 100 cities in India as well as initiating new ventures, as well as managing and the expansion of various business functions. He also spearheaded the company's international expansion into Japan in collaboration with Yahoo! Japan and SoftBank Japan in 2018.
His knowledge will be crucial to bolster the T-Hub's position as a major facilitator of market expansion, as an official announcement said. Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary for Information Technology, Government of Telangana and said: "Kavikrut's passion for startups along with his international experience and practical operational experience makes him the ideal CEO of T-Hub."
